For Alto Recorder in F.
Songbook with 30 Songs by Stephen C. Foster – simply notated for the Alto Recorder in F.
Stephen Collins Foster (1826-1864) was an American composer and probably the best-known songwriter of the time. Many of his compositions – above all: Camptown Races, Oh Susanna, Swanee River and Beautiful Dreamer – are still known today and are an integral part of the US-American culture.
The tones of the melodies were prepared with fingering images for the Alto Recorder, the rhythm of the tones is given by the lyrics and / or the classical music notation.
The sounds of the songs (melody with accompanying band as well as accompanying band alone – „Playalong“) are available online in a sound player with adjustable playback speed.
Videos explain how to read music, long songs are also available as PDF downloads – no more scrolling necessary. All datas are available online – web address and access data in the book.
For beginner and slightly advanced player.
